In this newsletter we report on six advisory reports and one recommendation. Special attention is drawn to the creation of two new strategic research centers: the Center for Translational Research (TRIM) and the Strategic Initiative Materials (SIM). Both are the first concrete results of the set of 6 clusters and the 30 VRWB priorities identified in 2006.
