Study 13 combines the Memorandum 'Science and Technological Innovation 2004-2010 - 21 points in 5 subjects' and a more comprehensive report containing recommendations on the resources, tools and organizational aspects of the Flemish innovation future.
The memorandum consists of 21 central points, around which the Flemish policy in the next five years will have to implement priority policy actions. These key points are brought together in five major themes that include the whole science and innovation originating in Flanders.
